Gallions Reach
Looking through my records for the year and September was the best month which produced 2 Great White Egrets, Arctic Skua, and a Gannet. Let's hope next year brings me a London tick.

Gallions Reach
Today i had a first for the patch which was 6 sandwich terns on the ground.And also i had my 3rd green sandpiper which showed well until it then got up and flew over the river calling.

Gallions Reach
It is only the 6th day of september and already i have found 2 GREAT WHITE EGRETS & a ARCTIC SKUA.My great white egret today was seen flying downriver and was later seen at rainham marsh.I have always said that september is the best month for birding in london.

On sunday i found a GREAT WHITE EGRET going west & today i found another good bird a ARCTIC SKUA which was going north.

Three black terns are still on site today making it the 6th day of their welcome stay.Also i found a female type REDSTART which is a patch tick, so in two days i have had two patch ticks.
