Wandsworth Common: NIGHT HERON flew in to small island on lake at 07.45, still present to 08.30 at least roosting in False Acacia on eastern end of island viewable from boardwalk (Nick Rutter).This  bird was found on the sunday 27th and a very good bird for london.

Had a great day at pagham today when i see this bird which was a much needed lifer.

Today was the last day of my spring watch at the patch and it produced a RED KITE & a Ringed plover.

Today i had some birds of note my second GREAT WHITE EGRET for the patch and a Red Kite which i needed for the year.
