Barking Bay: early a.m, Black Tern feeding on mud.and corn bunting.Brent Reservoir: 6 Arctic Terns through early morning, also 33 Common Terns, 2 Common Sands, c20 Swifts & 2 Wheatears, another 5+ Arctic Terns over res in flock of 40 terns at 2.35.Crayford Marshes: 8 Arctic Tern upriver a.m; Spotted Redshank on the Thames foreshore near the Yacht Club; 5 Whimbrel, 4 Bar-tailed Godwit, 65 Common Tern, Swift, 6 Swallow, 8 Whitethroat.Staines Res: 08:00 to 10:00, 3 Little Gulls, 1 Little ringed Plover, 1 Common Sandpiper, Swift, Swallow and House Martin's in good numbers today, also a number of White Wagtails still around. (Paul Boult)Hobby at 16.40 also 3 Arctic Terns ,2 ringed plover,2 LRP & 4 wheater & yellow wagtail on KG Res fence line.
