Great White Egret reported.
Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens: both
Bearded Tit still present in Diana Memorial reedbed.
Crayford Marshes:
Spotted Redshank, Turnstone, Black-tailed Godwit, 2
Green Sandpiper,
Lesser Redpoll,
Cetti's Warbler, 174 Fieldfare.
Carshalton - Waxwings. approx 12 on corner of Wrythe Lane and
Surrey Grove, flying over road to feed on berries in private front
garden 15.00.
South Croydon: 25+
Waxwings feeding in bush by front door of
a private house in Selsdon Road (opposite Upland Road) - appear to have
been in the same general area since January 13th at least (Croydon
Birders).
South Ealing Station, W5: 8
Waxwings still present 0830.
